Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Styled Estate website (styledestate.com) or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our site or services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Services

Styled Estate provides interior styling services, design consultations, and curated vintage and antique sales. Our services include but are not limited to Style Calls (virtual consultations), Full Project styling for residential and commercial spaces, and the sale of curated vintage, antique, and artisan-made home goods through our online shop and The Vault.

Booking & Cancellation

Style Calls

Style Call bookings require payment at the time of scheduling. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable. Rescheduling is available with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to availability.

Full Projects

Full Project engagements are governed by individual project agreements that outline scope, timeline, fees, and cancellation terms. A signed agreement and retainer deposit are required before work begins. Specific cancellation and refund terms are detailed in each project agreement.

E-Commerce & Purchases

All sales of vintage, antique, and one-of-a-kind items are final. These items are sold as-is, with condition described as accurately as possible in each listing. Minor imperfections consistent with age and character are inherent to vintage goods and are not considered defects.

If an item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Prices are listed in USD. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary by item size, weight, and destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website (including but not limited to photography, written copy, portfolio images, logos, and design elements) is the property of Styled Estate and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without prior written permission. Portfolio photographs may not be used for any commercial purpose without explicit consent.

Limitation of Liability

Styled Estate provides its services and products on an "as-is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. Styled Estate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our site, services, or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service or product giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Travis County, Texas.
